A graduate from the Higher Institute of Arabic Music, Marwa Nagy became a seasoned singer in Egypt. She held concerts and live performances in the House of Opera in memory of iconic Egyptian singers like Om Kalthoum, Mohamed AbdulWahab, Warda and many others. Her resonant voice and style of singing is in line with the oldies. Marwa paces her voice well, she has the right level of high pitch and her pauses allow you to let it sink in and she is certainly not short on passion.
She has represented Egypt in multiple international festivals and sang excellent tracks for TV dramas and operettas. Marwa has received several awards and honors. She was awarded “The Ahmed Zewail Award’, the “Arab Academy Music Award”, the “Middle East Music Award”, and many other awards and honors.
